Blue Ribbon Ride is a Stunning 3yo colt directly by Another Blue Ribbon that Jacob Parks trained and showed and he’s out of a full saddlebred mare. Blue Ribbon stands just over 15.2 hands and wears nothing but a plain light leg shoe on all 4 feat. He has natural raw talent that is hard to compare to. Huge animated front end action and speeds that excel well into the 20’s cruising. He will NEVER Crossfire and hit himself. No need for bell boots. Travels straight and wide in the backend to clear himself. No special shoes or anything to get him to do what he does. He’s a stud so he needs to be handled as one. He’s never been bred that I’m aware of. He does have both testicles down and is intact. He has great ground manners and stands like a champion for the farrier although you do need to know how to handle a horse. I wouldn’t recommend a beginner to handle him just because he could become a handful if he thinks you’ll let him. I don’t allow it and he knows it. He’s very well behaved for me. He’s broke to the trails or the rails and has done extremely well on the rail with very little experience. I showed him 6 times and he not only won his class but he won the championships 4 out of 6 times. The other 2 times was once he was disqualified because he broke gait (speed racking ) and the other time the judge gave him the gate (flawless ride) when this horse gets the gate, there’s somthing fishy going on 😂. Should have gave him top 3 so it wasn’t so obvious 😉. He’s been a blast for me to train over the summer but it’s time for me to move on, I have to many keepers and don’t plan to breed him (I raise Rockies). Somone will be getting a GOODEN!!
